Merry Christmas!

Merry Christmas from the Gorman family. These are pictures of the Christmas lights on our new home and Tobie and Zowie posing for their Christmas picture!

Babies first picture

Here is the first picture of our baby. It is the blob to the left. I know it is just too beautiful for words. This picture was taken when I was 8 weeks and 1 day along. My official due date is 7/7/07. Enjoy!

Surprise Kim's Pregnant!!!

As you can tell to was a surprise to all, even Chad! I am pregnant. We knew for a week before we told our parents and we even saw my parents. We went to a restaurant in Deer Park together, which was my mom's idea, where we broke the good news. I wish we had more pics of it, but Chad got it on video of our mothers jumping up and down in circles screaming in the middle of the restaurant. Thank goodness we were the only ones in the back so we were not embarrassed too badly. :) The really funny thing is that when I said I was pregnant Mike and my dad did not even hear me because they were watching a football game on the TV. After the reactions of our mothers and tears starting to fall they figured it out. I don't think I have ever surprised anyone that much in my life.

Our Camping Trip

We had an exciting camping trip to Lake Buchanan earlier in the month. The dogs went with us and thouroughly enjoyed it. We all went along with our friends Derek and Jenny and their dog Sadie. The lake was down over 20 feet so we couldn't do too much in the lake but we enjoyed the campsite by the fire and the walking trails, as well as the chance to relax. Chad and I as well as our dogs also took a few hours on sunday to go by and visit with Grandad and Sandy since we were out there way. It was all a lot of fun and I hope you enjoy the pics. Sorry they are not any better./Users/kimberlygorman/Pictures/iPhoto Library/Originals/2006/Roll 32/DSC00360.JPG

Our Growing Family

We are so excited! Our families are growing. We found out last week that my sister and Trey are going to be giving us another wonderful nephew. Drew and PawPaw will have someone else to play home run with. On the Gorman side of the family not only are we going to have Paola join the family in August, but as of October 5th another little girl joined. Angie gave birth to a healthy little girl named Callie. Chad and I were very sad not to have been there to meet her, but we are trying to figure out when we an get there. We cannot wait to meet her. Congrats you guys!!! We are so excited to have all of these neices and nephews. They will have to come visit their cool aunt, uncle, and crazy cousins some time. As for Chad and I, things are good. We are still loving our house and all the space. Chad is still very busy between work and the graduate classes he is currently taking at SHSU. I still love my job this year, but I miss having Carol to hang out with at school. Our "babies", Tobie and Zowie, are so funny. Tobie is really loving having Zowie around. They run and play together all the time. Zowie has recently learned to growl so it is really funny to hear her go after Tobie. She is paying him back for all the torture Tobie gave Briley in the past. Her favorite thing to do is to bite the extra skin on his neck and hold on. It sounds painful but he just flings her off and they keep going. As for potty training???? We are going to get there eventually, just pray for us. :)

Welcome to our Blog Spot!

Let me see if I can actually figure this one out. Chad and I are happy to join blogspot since out webpage subscription just expired. :( Things have been busy and full of fun around here since we got a new addition in our household. We would love to introduce Zowie Gorman. She is our new 10 week old Beagle. Her older brother Tobie, our 4 year old dachshund, loves her. They run and play and he has already taught Zowie how to go in and out of the doggie door. Check out our pics of them.
